GDN Silver Award 8.5/10 – Essentially a refinement of the previous game with new stages, this sequel still has you racing to the end of a space-field with no brakes. That’s not a bad thing when the core of high-speed score attack play is so strong, and the $1 price is fine too.

GDN Gold: 9.0/10 - Like the similarly named Roxio device, the AverMedia Game Capture HD captures video from your consoles. Unlike that other device, this one doesn’t need to be attached to the PC as it can use USB storage or SSDs. I put both in to test it out and see how it did.

PDXCON Report: Salem The Crafting MMO

Salem does and does not feel like a crafting-focused MMO. It feels far weirder than that but in that weirdness I think are the nuggets of gameplay that will make the game quirky, cool and forge a massive fanbase. So buckle on your pilgrim hat and head to the new world.
