First, the usual Marketplace info and other news.

Deal of the Week: Knothole Island (Fable 2 DLC) - This week’s deal is 30% off Knothole Island, from 800 points to 560. I’m not really fond of DLC pack deals, but at least this one is for a game people care about for a change, so I suppose it’s not so bad.

Arcade Release: King of Fighters ’98 Ultimate Match (800 Points) - Following up on last week’s excellent Garou, we now come to one of my favorite games in the 2D fighting genre. This SNK fighter lets you field teams of three, making for rather diverse matchups. An enhanced version of the original KoF ’98, this one adds most of the characters that showed up in ’94-’97 but weren’t originally in ’98, and adds a few new stages. As for me, I’m probably going to get banned from Xbox Live for laughing like Geese Howard too much while playing this; definitely very excited to try this one out tomorrow!

Arcade Release: Worms 2: Armageddon (800 Points) - Back in the 90s, Worms was the primary competitor to the PC cult hit Scorched Earth. This version was made specifically for XBLA (though ports to other systems will follow), but should feature all the comical artillery style combat the genre is known for. It has been ages since I played a Worms game in depth, but I’m hoping this will be the one to change that.
