Anne Reviews: CellZenith

Posted by Anne ScotchGuard Ross, 288 days ago

You head up a team of 35 CEL units, along with your captain attached to a larger more powerful Carrier CEL that can be boarded and piloted.  As you make your way through the levels you strategically pick up units, which give you a tactical advantage in the upcoming battle.  The CELS come in either a flying or ground based variety, while the Carrier CEL is vital for getting the ground based CEL across gaps and getting you where you need to be.  Each CEL has the ability to move in a direction whilst simultaneously shooting in another direction.  You also have the ability to switch to a circle-strafing mode, which give you a greater advantage.

CellZenith’s seemingly endless array and variety of levels include objective tasks whilst engaging with an onslaught of enemies means you are very unlikely to become bored of this game.  You can upgrade your main Carrier CEL as you complete each level, as well as interact with your environment just to add to the dynamic variety in this game and give you the sense of limitless potential.  You can choose Campaign, instant action or from one of the four addictive minigame modes.  The graphics of this game are impressive and very smooth which only add to your gaming enjoyment.

I think it’s a winner! It is a fast-paced, action-packed game with lots to offer the player and it isn’t bad value for money.
