[GDN] The world is said to be dynamic and player-driven. Can you expand upon this facet of the game? Is it persistent? Or does it exist only in mission-based instances?

Yes the world is persistent and yes it is instanced. Global Agenda takes place in a persistent world, but the actual battles take place in mission-based instances. In other words, you’ll never have to walk across the world to find a fight but key encounters, won or lost, affects your agency’s standing in the world for better or worse.

[GDN]  In regard to the player-created agencies, will there be multiple levels of position within the agencies that can be filled with certain players? How involved is the agency leader’s job in regard to leading the agency?

Yes. Agency leaders can allocate positions and duties to appointed officers. Once established, the agency’s leadership then leads members in episodic campaigns to dominate conflict zones around the world. How strict or loose the agency is operated is entirely up to its leaders.

[GDN]  Can an agency leader be taken out of that position by the other members of the agency? For example through something like a no-confidence vote or a one-on-one challenge for the leadership?

This feature is not currently planned but I wouldn’t exclude something like this in the future. However, if you’re unhappy with your agency, you might be better served to become a double agent, sell out to the enemy alliance, and go rogue!
