The trials you have to go through during each level make you scratch your head wondering why developers decided to go this route. You never really get a full sense of accomplishment, for instance as you progress through each level if you suddenly die from one of the boss battles you’ll be forced to start the level over again.
The biggest problem of the game is getting through the main level selection. Unlike most games, it doesn’t force you to complete the level to move on to the next. You can just quit and move into another direction to the next level nearest you. This is a problem because on top of that you have enemy trucks riding along the map and every time you move they move on spot. So, if you happen to run into them, you can’t leave until you defeat their squad. Even that is challenging to say the least, considering inside those levels are trucks of enemies and some sort of “mini-boss” at the end.
Again, if you die you will be forced to start over again from the beginning. Don’t forget the multiplayer involved here. It is actually quite fun and could serve as quite the time waster. The multiplayer is just a small part to a bigger game that will give even the experienced gamer an interesting session.
