Amy Takes on the Wrath of the Lich King (Review)

Posted by Amy ShortZ Baldry, Dec 09, 2008 05:57

Even though you start your quests and learn about the new death knight race with the Lich King quest chain you end up in the eastern plague lands where you discover that the Lich King has been brain washing you for his evil plans to take over Azeroth and Outlands you see sense and become allies with the faction your race belongs to, even though when you eventually reach Stormwind all the guards throw fruit at you and the citizens scream in fear whenever you go near them. I don’t know why, but I really got the impression death knights didn’t have a good name.

The only downside to the death knight is having to quest in Outlands again but even that’s not all bad with the power and might of their abilities it makes even the hardest quests with your normal character seem like a breath of fresh air and it doesn’t take too long before you reach level 68 and get the Northrend experience. All in all another awesome installment to the World of Warcraft story, definitely innovative and creative and absolutely stunning detail provided in every aspect to the intricate designs of the weapons and armour to the atmosphere and intensity of the environments and situations you may find yourself in while exploring Blizzard’s new continent.
