Prototype 2

Sergeant James Heller, returns from war to Prototype’s New York Zero. The plague tears through the population and changes them into monsters, killing his family. He is now out for revenge. He also becomes infected, like Alex Mercer, in fact, by him. So Heller is out to get him.

It looks like that will be the storyline, hunting after super-powered Mercer as super-powered Heller though it is not known if you will catch him or eventually team with him.
