The EA SPORTS Active Leg band as well as the additional Wii Fit Balance Board compatibility allows for the most precise and 3-Dimensional tracking of movements in any fitness game to date.

 The 30 Day Challenge offers structure and motivation. The variety of exercises incorporated into this program have been specifically designed to motivate you and gradually increase in intensity over time. You set your fitness goals, and EA SPORTS Active will tailor a challenging and effective exercise program for you.

Customization

 EA SPORTS Active features a wide range of customizable options so that you can work out YOUR way. With EA SPORTS Active you can create and save a customized workout that is right for you – choose the workout length, specific exercises and the intensity for each level.

Social Play

 Working out with a friend will keep you motivated and driven towards your fitness goals. Each exercise in EA SPORTS Active was designed so that it could be performed by up to 2 players simultaneously (split-screen).
