Aurora Feint II: The Arena is the first Asynchronous Massively Multi-Player RPG for the iPhone, with all the functionality of The Beginning, plus:
Asynchronous Real Time Head-to-Head Competition: Even though two players are not using their iPhones at the same time, a player can compete as if the opponent is playing in real time in a head-to-head duel. This is completely different from turn based non-real time competition, because Asynchronous Real Time is exactly like playing against an online player, with real time interactions and strategy. This is accomplished by "summoning ghosts" that play on behalf of a player and persist in the world.
Parallel World Play: A player’s ghost can even be involved in duels with other players while the player is actually progressing their character and completing challenges to level up in single player mode in the world.
World Newsfeed and Cha
t: All players see a continuous stream of real time events happening in the World all the time, as a ticker on the bottom of the iPhone touch screen. Touching an "interesting" event in this ticker takes you to a new place in the world called the Tavern, where players can conduct "asynchronous" chat with other players in the world, propose duels, share strategies and compete for leader board rankings.
Player Profiles and Walls:
Each player gets a Facebook style profile wall where other players can leave comments and challenges, which in turn become events in the Tavern.

1. Single Player Game Play (Identical to AF: The Beginning)
Character customization includes being able to name character and
choose gender
Crafting game: Mining for 5 elemental resources (fire, wind, earth,
water etc.) and crystals (currency)
Tool/Weapon building game: Smithing (using BluePrints for tools
bought at the Store); Tools/Weapons help you in game play with special
powers
Skill Acquisition game: at the Tower (follow instructions in Magic
Books bought at the Store)
Leveling up is done through completing Blueprints and Magic Book
challenges in Smith and Tower
2. Asynchronous Multi-Player Game Play (All New)
Ghost: A recorded version of a new type of mining game play that
persists in the world even when player is offline; Ghost has a score
and a hostility level: one reflects how good the ghost is at
collecting resources and the latter reflects how much the ghost is
able to interfere or do damage to other player’s game play
Summoning: Creating a ghost in a 90 second time-limited game play
session including using weapons to impact other player and filling and
using a Mana Orb to turn other player’s blocks into immovable stone
blocks and interfere with game play. Once a summoning is complete a
ghost can be sent to Battlegrounds. Only one active ghost in the
Battlegrounds per character is allowed
Duel: A challenge between an online player and a recorded ghost
which occurs at a new place: The BattleGrounds. The player is on
defense (protecting against ghosts weapon use and Mana Orb attacks) in
the 90 second duel. The ghost is on offense. In 90 seconds either the
ghost or player wins based on score. The win/loss is recorded and
becomes a newsfeed item.
Records Hall: A world leaderboard of top ghosts and also a friend
leaderboard with scores and duel histories of the winningest ghosts
3. Profile and Social Networking (All New)
Each character gets a profile page with details on ghosts recorded,
duel history, wall and comments from other players
Tavern: A new place for players to come in and do asynchronous chat
with each other
Tavern Newsfeed: A ticker with news items and chat messages that
scrolls horizontally in the Arena product all the time. Clicking on
the ticker thakes the player to the Tavern
4. Help and Tutorials (All New)
Context sensitive help in all parts of the game for first time players
Academy: A new place in the world to go to read instructions and
tutorials
Academy Tips: A random mini tutorial selected when loading up 3
second or longer screens/game components
