Mortal Kombat was arguably the first game to cause adults to look up and think maybe videogames weren't good babysitters after all. Deadly Alliance was the fifth instalment in the series, and the first one to try and offer up drastic gameplay improvements. Highlights include each character having their own weapon, and three fighting styles.
