Bethesda Softworks announced at its London showcase the upcoming release of Fallout: New Vegas, a new Fallout game.

Fallout: New Vegas is set for release next year and is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment and will be available on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

According to sources it is not a sequel to Fallout 3.
