Zed, today released Bubble Boom and Carnival Hammer, its first iPhone 3G and iPod Touch. The games are available to purchase in Apple’s AppStore.
A game for puzzle fans, Bubble Boom uses the iPhone’s accelerometer to offer an addictive and exciting user experience. The game is played by tilting the iPhone to connect three or more bubbles of the same color and pop them. The game features more than 40 challenging levels. Bubble Boom is $1.99 and Bubble Boom Lite, a version of the game with fewer levels, is a free download.
Also taking advantage of the accelerometer, Carnival Hammer simulates one of the familiar strength-testing carnival games usually seen at the amusement park. Complete with fun music to set the atmosphere, the game is played by simply swinging the phone like a hammer and watching as the weight rises according to how strong the user is. The game costs $.99 to download.
