ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks has filed for a new trademark through the US Patent and Trademark Office.
On the 11th of May, they applied for a trademark for the name Brink. The description is "Computer game software for use with personal computers and home video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices" and " Entertainment services, namely, providing on-line interactive computer games and providing information relating to electronic computer games via the internet"
It appears it is for a multi-platform game including online play. We do know that about a year ago Bethesda and Splash Damage partnered together for a long term development deal. We might get some more information at E3. As of press time, Bethesda had not responded to our emails.
