Vehicle mayhem will soon be upon us after Sony announced the U.S. launch date for MotorStorm: Arctic Edge.

The title will make its PSP debut on September 29th on the UMD format and as a PlayStation Network download.

A voucher code will also be available from October 1st to coincide with the launch of PSPgo.

Retailing at $39.99, those who pre-order the title will receive a free rally car named Mirage Rapide, which offers two customisable skins.

MotorStorm: Arctic Edge will also be released on the PlayStation 2 later this year.
