Scratch the Ultimate DJ - New Tracks and more

Legendary music producer, QD3, who is working alongside Numark and Genius Products to oversee the creative aspects of Scratch: The Ultimate DJ, has teamed up with HipHopWired.com to create a "Scratch: Wired Mixtape."  The mixtape features songs that highlight the art of scratching and DJing including tracks from Run DMC, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, The D.O.C., Eric B & Rakim and more! Scratch: The Ultimate DJ has just added new songs to the game! Now, you can spin with Murs, Kid Koala, Whodini, Salt n Pepa and more! Developed by Commotion Interactive, Scratch: The Ultimate DJ will allow players to put their own "spin" on tracks with an innovative turntable style controller produced by Numark.  The game will feature more than 60 licensed and original hip-hop and R&B songs from mainstream and underground artists.

New licensed tracks include:
  • Gifted - N.A.S.A. Feat Kanye West, Santo Gold, Lykke Li
  • Looking Fly - Murs
  • Skanky Panky - Kid Koala
  • Iced Lightning - RJD2
  • They Reminisce Over You - Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth
  • Friends - Whodini
  • Push It - Salt n Pepa
  • Life in a Cage - The Knux

Previously announced artists and licensed tracks:

  • Peter Piper - Run DMC
  • Feel Good Inc. - Gorillaz
  • Mastermind - Deltron 3030
 
Scratch: The Ultimate DJ will be available on the PlayStation  3 and Xbox 360 in early 2010.
