Since the last list there’s been a slew of announcements about new iPad games. Here’s what I’ve gathered together since then.

Geometry Wars: Touch and Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies Apps for iPad are now available on the App Store. The launch of the iPad allows Geometry Wars: Touch for iPad and Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies for iPad to utilize higher graphics and faster processing to enhance the game experience and immerse players deeper into non-stop shooter pandemonium.
In addition to the six original Geometry Wars gameplay modes: Deadline, King, Evolved, Pacifism, Waves and Sequence, Geometry Wars: Touch for iPad will feature a brand new, adrenaline-filled mode – Titans! – exclusively on the iPad, while Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies for iPad includes the “Nacht Der Untoten” and “Verrückt” maps, offering a limitless single player experience, as well as a highly-addictive co-op gameplay experience in high-quality 3-D!
Aki Mahjong combines the ancient Chinese game of Mahjong with an enchanting journey across Japan. The principle is simple: a number of ivory tiles are arranged on a beautiful Japanese backdrop. The goal is to make all of the tiles disappear by matching them to similar tiles. Players can easily browse Aki’s levels by simply flicking a finger, thanks to the Multi-Touch user interface. Tap the level to select and the game is ready to play.
Mondo Solitaire’s beautiful, crisp graphics enables players to easily identify cards and assess their current move. With more than 100 included games, players are sure to find all their favorites and discover new games to enjoy. Using a familiar library search interface, games can be sorted and selected by name, style, favorites, and even popularity. The categorized interface makes it really easy to find the exact game to play.

SGN today announced the availability of its EXO-Planet App for iPad on the App Store. 7 Wonders of the Ancient World takes players around the world matching colorful runes to create the 7 Wonders. The Multi-Touch feature allows players to touch different places on the screen at the same time to make matches quicker or simultaneously with a friend. 2K Games today announced the Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution App for iPad is now available on the App Store. The game offers hundreds of hours of gameplay from legendary developer Firaxis Games. Exclusive to the app is the World/Scenario Creator, an entirely new feature which allows players to customize the world and game parameters to create hundreds of different scenarios and game types, providing limitless hours of entertainment. Additionally, Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution App for iPad has been updated and optimized for the iPad’s large screen and includes an enhanced user interface that improves the fidelity of world map tiles, leader portraits and icons; and offers a broader view of the world map, enabling increased vision and strategy for tactical gameplay.
MORITA SHOGI HD features the famed Morita Logic engine designed by Kazurou Morita, winner of the World Computer Shogi Championship. This unparalleled engine allows the opponent in the app to respond to the player’s every move in a wide variety of ways, resulting in a challenging and authentic Japanese chess experience. Match difficulty settings may also be fine-tuned to suit all levels of player experience–from neophyte to expert–making the game both enjoyable and approachable.
Top Gun App for iPad takes full advantage of the breakthrough capabilities of the iPad. The game’s resolution has been increased and the user interface was adjusted to take advantage of the size of the iPad’s stunning display. Additionally, new gameplay is now available including a Top Gun Navy fighter jet and afterburner feature. The afterburner allows players to activate a high-speed boost to get out of dangerous situations.
Resident Evil 4: iPad Edition is now available on the App Store. The game features a new high-resolution art set designed to take full advantage of iPad’s larger display. The improved graphics capture the Resident Evil world in terrifying detail making the gaming experience even more immersive.
