A Quick Note from Telltale Games
Posted by Wade "TNT" Hinkle, 226 days ago Apr 15, 2008 21:40

This is a note we got from TT Games today, giving us an update as to the goings on.

H there,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to keep you up to date with what’s been going on here at TT Games.

We’ve got a very exciting year ahead of us in 2008 with three games on the way.  Hopefully, you’ll already be aware that ‘LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures’ will be coming out in June.  That will then be followed up by ‘LEGO Batman: The Video Game’ in September.  Finally, we’re very excited to be involved with Guinness World Records to bring the very first interactive experience of the renowned book.

LEGO Indy will be hot on the heels of the upcoming new Indy film.  The game will follow the story of the 3 classic films and will take your miniature Indy on an adventure from the Jungles of South America to the Himalayas.  The game is very much an Indy adventure, so you’ll be building and brawling along the way – there are no blasters or lightsabers in this game!  I’ve attached the pack shot and some screens in the zipped folder for you to look at.  You’ll also be able to find out more info at www.legoindianajonesgame.com.

Next up will be LEGO Batman which is currently deep in development.  This will be based on a brand new story which sees the villains breaking out of Arkham Asylum to cause mayhem in Gotham and give Batman and Robin a headache!  We’ve worked hard on all of our games to ensure each is a unique experience and offers something different.  We’re very confident that new additions in LEGO Batman such as the hand to hand combat, multiple gadgets and (possibly coolest of all) ‘Villain Mode’ will combine to create another cracking LEGO adventure.

I hope that this has given you a taste of what’s on offer from TT Games this year.  I’ll be sure to keep you up to date with developments on both LEGO titles as well as ‘Guinness World Records: The videogame’ as they happen.
