PSP System Software Update v6.37

Sony announced that a new system update v6.37 is available for the PSP. What’s it do? They didn’t say, instead giving their classic line:

This is a minor update that improves system software stability during use of some features.

Which features? They didn’t say. Which game probably caused the update? Who knows. Perhaps preliminary update for an upcoming title. I can’t find any major upcoming releases that would prompt a software update and after updating my PSP I can’t find anything that really changed. I did find the Qriocity Music Unlimited link on the Music menu which is most likely the nature of the minor update. However, it only opens a web browser page

Separately, there’s also a Media Go update to version 1.6 (Build 508). It still doesn’t give you a single place to find out about Playstation Plus downloads in that software and so you are yet required to login to the store via your PS3 to do that.
