Late in 2004, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., took Jaxxs Pacific and THQ to court on bribery and anti-trust claims over the production of their video games. Almost two and a half years later, the  Connecticut State Court had granted a summary judgment on August 29th, in the state court action, dismissing all claims against them.

No more information was released at this time, Jaxxs Pacific has stated that the ruling will be reviewed by the company and may release further information at a later date. We are seeking further info and will keep you updated.
