Unless you have been hiding under a rock, which is rather hard if you’re reading this, the very highly talked about game Spore, is now available all across this planet. The game is on the DS, PC and mobile devices. You can choose from SPORE, SPORE Galactic Edition or SPORE Creatures for DS.

For those of you who are not sure about what all the hoopla is about, there is a demo of the Creature Creator. The demo really doesnt get into the actual game, though you can make some pretty cool critters.

The moble edition, Spore Origins, you’ll focus on the cellular stage (get it) of life - start in the primordial ooze and evolve your way up through the food chain and emerge onto dry land. Even explore undersea worlds as you search for food.

Prima Games and EA have come together and now have an official game guide. Become an expert with SPORE 101. Learn everything you need to know to evolve your SPORE from a single-celled creature to a space-faring race. With hundreds of customization options at your fingertips, you can rely on the Prima guide to help you make those oh-so tough evolutionary decisions. PLUS, BONUS INSIDE: Huge removable poster of exclusive SPORE art for your wall.

We also have the newest TV spot that will start showing this week.

I went to a midnight launch, and I got to play it for a few hours before I went to bed. In my opinion, it definately lives up to the hype.
