I am proud to announce that GDN has two new female writers who have agreed to grace us with their presence, thoughts and mad gaming skills. You might have noticed the two top articles today - Cake Mania 3 Review, Amy Speaks Out...On the Culture of Gaming - were written by our newest staff members who just happen to be women.
Don’t get fresh or I can’t guarantee your safety.

Amy is 22, lives in Norwich, UK and enjoys going to the pub, chilling with mates, football (that’s soccer in the US) and hockey (the grass kind where they wear skirts apparently). Amy is a World of Warcraft fan where she is busy power-leveling when not overdosing on Guitar Hero. She says she can’t remember a time when she didn’t game. |

Anne describes herself as a renaissance Punk, musician, world traveller and a casual gamer. She’s already finished a review on Cake Mania 3 and is working on a second one at present. While she’s originally from Glasgow she now calls the London area home for the present. |
Personally, I wouldn’t mess with ’em.
We’re hoping that the ladies will be kind enough to give us the goods every Tuesday with their unique perspective. A combination of editorials, game reviews and general thoughts are the order of the day and I personally look forward to their keen insights on a weekly basis. Welcome aboard ladies, I guess I have to clean up my office a little now.
If you too would like to write for Gamers Daily News, please drop me an email crick AT gamersdailynews.com and I will be happy to discuss the opportunity. Men, women, young and old are welcome.
