In addition, the first floor of Pepsi Forum, where several video game stations will be installed, and the stage performances will be accessible to all free of charge.

This year, Alexandre Barrette, the rising star of Quebec comedy scene and Discovery of the Year at the 2007 Gala des Olivier, will act as Festival Arcadia’s spokesperson. "When the Festival Arcadia organizers called to ask me to act as spokesperson this year, the first thing I did was drop my game of Pac-Man! Then, I told them I was just the man they were looking for. Come on down and experience Arcadia with me from November 7 to 9, 2008," explained Alexandre Barrette.

This year, Festival Arcadia ticket prices are more affordable than ever. A family package for two adults and two children under 17 years of age will be available as low as $25 (taxes included). Regular tickets will be on sale at $12 (taxes included) per person. For each ticket sold, the Festival will donate $2 to CyberCap, a non-profit organization whose mission is to give young people in difficulty a chance to discover and experiment with digital media in order to help them improve their personal and social situation and job prospects.
