If  you want to get ahead of the curve, head on over Steam, and you can get the PC version of Valve’s zombie thirller, Left 4 Dead now. The boxed game will be on the shelves for the PC or Xbox 360 later today, but for those of you on the other side of the pond, it won’t be available till Friday. (November 21)
