As much as I hate to admit it, we have competitors, and normally I try to get around mentioning them, but in this case I can’t and its important enough to do so. Anyway IGN has posted up a trailer of the PS 3 version of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen this evening.

There is no official announcement from the Activision camp as of press time, but after watching the trailer, it mentions all major consoles and the PC. One interesting thing I noticed was the symbols  of Xbox Live and the Playstation Network. I’m hoping this means there will be an online multiplayer option. I think it would be cool to be able to pick an Autobot or a Decempticon and go beat the heck out of each other. We will have to wait and see.

Until I can pry this out of Activision’s hands, I have embeded IGN’s version for your viewing pleasure.

Update: We have since learned that the DS version will have two titles one for the Decepticons and one for the Autobots. The PSP version will be a "fast-paced action arcade title."
